招标、投标活动提供法律服务；代办涉外房地产交易中的法律事务；代办外商投资企业的开业、变更、

接受当事人的委托，为国外客户提供法律信息及法律动态分析报告；应邀参与立项和可行性研究；

草拟、审查涉外合同、协议、章程等法律文件，参与涉外谈判；为当事人的法律行为提供法律咨询及

律师见证；接受委托代办市场调查和客户的资信调查；接受当事人的委托，代办反倾销、反补贴法律事

务；代办项目融资、国际贷款、融资租赁等涉外金融业务；代办知识产权（商标、专利、版权等）的申请
